1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Z9 Mine website, application, dashboard, community features, reward mechanics and related services. Z9 Mine is an experimental beta platform and may evolve over time based on technical development, risk review, product needs and legal/regulatory requirements.

2. Beta Platform Status

Z9 Mine is an experimental beta platform under active development. Features, reward mechanics, support processes, withdrawals, identity checks and documentation may change with notice where materially applicable. Account-to-account transfers are unavailable. Nothing in these terms should be read as a promise of future issuance, trading, listing, liquidity, redemption or legal authorization.

3. Definitions

“Z9 Mine” means the independent platform and services powered by Z9 Empire. “Z9 Points” means the internal beta reward unit used within the platform for account activity, rewards and platform bookkeeping.

4. Eligibility

Use of Z9 Mine is restricted to users who can lawfully access and use the platform in their jurisdiction. Users must provide truthful account information, comply with the platform rules and avoid any conduct that may interfere with service integrity, security or other users’ access.

5. Account Registration

Users may create one personal account and must maintain secure credentials. Users must not share account access, sell accounts, create fake identities or use automated methods to create or manipulate activity.

6. Z9 Points

Z9 Mine is an experimental beta mining product. Z9 Points currently have no guaranteed monetary value. Z9 Points are an internal beta platform/reward unit and are not offered as an investment product, guaranteed fiat currency, guaranteed financial return, guaranteed redeemable asset or guaranteed market value. No profit, return, exchange listing or future value is guaranteed.

7. Mining / Reward Mechanism

The mining and reward features are part of the beta experience and may be adjusted for fairness, security, product continuity, anti-abuse controls, legal compliance and technical reliability. Mining activity is subject to platform rules, risk detection, verification requirements and temporary controls.

8. Daily Rewards

Daily rewards are platform incentives subject to current rules, anti-abuse checks and availability. Reward rates and eligibility requirements may change with notice where materially applicable.

9. Auto-Mining

The Auto-Mining Reward Feature is not a promise of passive income and may be modified or disabled if the platform determines it is necessary for security, fairness, legal compliance or operational continuity. Any future automation feature will be disclosed before activation.

10. Referral Rewards

Eligible users may receive platform rewards for qualifying referrals under the current Z9 Mine referral rules. Referral rewards are internal beta rewards and do not represent guaranteed monetary income or investment returns. Self-referrals, fake accounts, automated referral activity, fraud and abuse are prohibited.

11. Account Transfers

Account-to-account transfers are not available in Z9 Mine. Wallet records are limited to authorized platform activity and do not represent external blockchain transactions.

12. External Withdrawals

External withdrawals are currently unavailable. Any future withdrawal or redemption functionality will depend on technical readiness, security testing, applicable law, regulatory requirements and any authorization that may be required. No withdrawal date is guaranteed.

13. Deposits

Deposits are currently unavailable. Z9 Mine does not currently require users to deposit money or cryptocurrency to participate in the standard beta mining/reward mechanism. Users should never send money or cryptocurrency to unofficial Z9 addresses, employees, administrators or third parties claiming to sell Z9 access or Z9 Points.

14. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not abuse the platform, attempt to exploit bugs, manipulate rankings, create multiple accounts, automate activity, misrepresent identity, harass others, engage in scams or fraud, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or third-party systems.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

Z9 Mine may restrict, suspend, freeze, limit or terminate accounts where fraud, abuse, policy violations, security concerns or legal/regulatory issues arise. Z9 Mine may reverse rewards where abuse or fraud is identified.

16. No Investment Offer

Z9 Mine is not an investment product, securities offering, regulated financial service, or guaranteed financial return mechanism. Z9 Points are not offered as an investment instrument and no profit, return, exchange listing or redemption value is guaranteed.

17. Policy Changes

Z9 Mine may update features, terms, policies and operational rules to reflect technical developments, risk management, legal requirements and platform changes. Material updates will be communicated through the Z9 Mine website, dashboard, announcements or other appropriate channels.

Users may contact the Z9 Mine support or official customer support channels available through the platform for questions, disputes, security concerns or account assistance.
